John Mumford
Non-Executive Director
John Mumford, aged 43, is a Non-Executive Director, who joined Vanco on 25 September 2006. John is a graduate of Manchester University and the City University Business School. His City background is in Corporate Finance and he has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, including flotations, acquisitions and disposals, offers, fund raisings and related matters. He was the Corporate Finance Director at Williams de Broe, responsible for the flotation of Vanco in November 2001, having also worked for WI Carr and Aberdeen Trust. In 2003 he started his own consultancy practice advising both public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters. |
